The one key point that differs Evergreen Estates from most other Assisted Living facilities is that all of our apartments are private. Each apartment has a private bathroom, so you will never have a roommate.

• 1 Bedroom Apartments: Evergreen has four one-bedroom apartments with more planned for future expansion. Square footage of these apartments range from 479- to 504-square-feet.
• Studio Apartments: These apartments come in many different sizes, so you may want to look at a few of them. Square footage of these rooms range from 243- to 350-square-feet.

Both of these room styles come with the following amenities (except the studio apartments do not include a kitchenette):

• Kitchenettes, which include a large refrigerator with top freezer compartment and ample counter space.
• Private baths, which include showers, exhaust and in-ceiling heaters, towel racks, large wall-mounted mirrors, safety grab bars and ample counter space.
• Individually-controlled air conditioning and heating units
• Wall-to-wall carpet and linoleum in the bathroom
• Well-lit rooms with the help of windows, complete with window coverings
• Cable television included
• Phone jacks are provided in each apartment
• Smoke detectors and fire sprinkler protection

Residents who are using Washington State Assistance (Medicaid/COPES) for the payment of their apartments may be limited to a certain size of apartment. Our Admission Coordinator can assist you in showing these styles of private rooms.
