All our lives we seem to be working hard to obtain the things we have enjoyed in our life and, now that we are getting older, we often find ourselves overburdened by the very same things we have worked hard to obtain. Many of our residents enjoy not having to worry about paying the utilities bills, the mortgage, taking care of a lawn, grocery shopping and paying those all increasing property taxes.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone do all that for you, so that you can enjoy your retirement and spend more time doing the things you value the most?

Wouldn’t it be nice to be a member of a small, close-knit community with people who have similar values and desires? When you move into Evergreen Estates you do not give up your activities, you simply have more time for them.

We have several Retirement Apartments in many different floor plans. You may be able to choose from a ground floor apartment or a 2nd and 3rd floor apartment with a balcony. Regardless of which size or style you choose from they all come with the following amenities:

• Kitchenettes, which include a large refrigerator with top freezer compartment and ample counter and storage space.
• Private baths, which include showers with small sitting area in them, exhaust and in-ceiling heaters, towel racks, large wall-mounted mirrors, safety grab bars and ample counter and storage space.
• The majority of apartments have glass patio sliders which provide access to individual balconies or patios
• Individually-controlled air conditioning and heating units
• Wall-to-wall carpet and linoleum in the bathroom and kitchenette
• Well-lit rooms with the help of windows
• Ample closet space, with some apartments having walk-in closets
• Window coverings are provided for each window and glass slider
• Cable Television included
• Phone jacks are provided in each apartment
• Smoke detectors and fire sprinkler protection
• Washer/Dryers, in some 2-bedroom apartments

Retirement Living Apartments
• Studio Style Apartments are 359-square-feet and they are all located on the 3rd floor facing the South Side of the building.

• 1-Bed Room Apartments range from 479- to 718-square-feet in size and some have walk-in closets.

• 2-Bed Room Apartments range from 583- to 963-square-feet in size and most come with their own stackable washer and dryer.
