Assisted Living is designed so that we can help our residents meet their needs for personal care and nursing services, while they live in a more homelike environment than can’t be offered in nursing homes or other similar facilities. We combine housing, personal care services, fitness programs and various activities both inside and outside the facility, for the purpose of offering an enjoyable living experience.

Evergreen Estates has a Beauty and Barber shop available for the residents, and it is also open to the public.

With your monthly rent come the comforts of having your own assigned housekeeper who, with time, will come to understand your housekeeping needs.

Each resident is provided a lockable in-building mail box.

To help our residents keep involved with the local community, we design a full activities calendar.

Evergreen Estates has a large passenger-style bus that assists our residents in getting to and from the scheduled activities.

Great! All of Evergreen Estates Assisted Living Apartments are private with bathrooms and walk-in showers.
Studio Apartments
These apartments come in many different sizes, so you may want to look at a few of them. Square footage of these rooms range from 243 to 350 square feet.
1 Bedroom Apartments
Evergreen has four of these apartments with square footage ranging from 479 to 505 square feet. The apartments have small kitchenettes with ample counter and storage space.
- Private baths are equipped with good sized showers with a small sitting area in them, exhaust and in ceiling heaters. Each bathroom has towel racks, large wall-mounted mirrors, safety grab bars and ample counter and storage space.
- Individually controlled air conditioning and heating units, providing each resident with the ability to control their own atmosphere.
- Dorm size refrigerators are offered.
- Wall-to-wall padded carpet and linoleum in the bathroom and kitchenette.
- Each apartment has window(s) that provide ample natural lighting.

Evergreen Estates Assisted Living Community has a deliberate and methodical admissions process that we feel will ensure a smooth and less stressful admission to our facility. We ask for your patience in advance, as this process can take longer than you may expect; however, on the other hand this process can go very quickly. We also request that you allow us to orchestrate this process and if we need help we will ask. For the most part we estimate the process takes about 2-3 business days.

Frequent Questions about
Assisted Living
What is assisted living?
Assisted living is for those who require the assistance of our nursing staff with daily activities such as maintaining adequate nutrition, remembering to take medications or dressing or bathing.
Is there a minimum age limit to move into Evergreen Estates?
We do not have an age limit for our residents. However, the resident must have a need for Assisted Living Services.
Does Evergreen Estates allow cats and dogs?
Evergreen does not allow pets to reside inside of the facility. However, visitors may bring pets in as long as they are controlled by a leash or inside a pet container. Owners are required to clean up after their pets and are responsible for any damage the pet may cause.
What is your policy concerning medications?
Medication management is included in our basic rent charges. Our nursing staff will provide each resident with medication assistance based on their physician orders and our Director of Nursing oversight.
Do you allow smoking?
Evergreen Estates is a tobacco-free facility. The building and the outside grounds are smoke free.
